All our tenancies are usually on easy in/easy out terms with 1 month notice either way. The facilities available onsite are detailed below under "General terms" and included in the tenancy fee to all office tenants except for some services where described. Need to get your business out of the home? Maybe need the discipline of going to the office? Here is a cost effective solution available at The Generator with minimal formalities:
Quiet desk spaces (supplied) for rental by the week or longer on the first floor
£50 per week inclusive of High Speed Broadband Access (via Wifi or Ethernet) up to 20GB, tea, coffee etc
Access 7 days per week, 6am to midnight
Minimum rental term 1 week, payable in advance
Book up to 8 weeks in advance if required
loan of a PC may be possible or just turn up with your laptop. (Please note we cannot undertake to store equipment/files on site for you overnight or save files on our equipment).
You can also enjoy the facilities that are included in the tenancy fee to all our office tenants

General Terms when renting an office at The Generator.....................
Our offices are usually let unfurnished; however we will help with office furniture either free or at a nominal charge subject to availability. Free unrestricted parking locally in addition to our own designasted parking spaces.
Each individual office has its own entry Entryphone system and each tenant can access the building using an electronic key fob provided by us.
Our office units qualify individually for 100% Small Business Rate Relief from Merton Council (unless you have other business premises - please check eligibility). Our rents include all apportionment of our fixed running costs like staffed reception, utilities, repairs & maintenance, cleaning, insurances etc that are shared proportionately among our tenants when calculating rents. Additional nominal charges are payable if you wish to use or upgrade the other services we offer like a dedicated DDI telephone number, super-fast secure broadband (from £20pm), postage, printing, scanning, fax etc.
A refundable deposit is usually required totalling 2 months rent (no VAT) and is repayable on returning the office in its original condition at the end of the tenancy.
Our tenancies are usually on easy in/easy out terms with 1 month notice either way.
