The Centre is operated by Buxton Properties Limited. The Buxton Group was formed in 1924 as a family firm based in Caterham, Surrey. The Group is still family based and now located in their own offices in Crawley, since late 2014.

​

Specialising in residential development including commercial, The Buxton Group have developed sites in most of the home counties over the years, from the South Coast to the Midlands. Projects range from one-off large houses through to schemes of 100+ apartments and commercial.
